Welcome to our FAQs page!
Here, you will find answers to some of the most common questions about joining our School Trust, our values, and the opportunities we offer. We have designed this page to help you better understand what it is like to work with us and the supportive, collaborative environment we foster. If you don’t find the information you are looking for, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
The Learning Academy Partnership is a Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) spanning Devon and Cornwall. A MAT brings together a group of schools under a single charitable School Trust, focused on improving educational outcomes by sharing resources, expertise, and best practices.
Our values— Empower, Excel, and Stronger Together — guide everything we do. While each school maintains its own identity, the Trust offers central support in key areas like curriculum development, CPD, and financial management. A Board of Trustees oversees the strategic direction, governance, and financial health of the School Trust.
If you are looking to be part of a supportive, collaborative environment with opportunities to grow and make a real impact, we would love to hear from you!
Being part of our School Trust means being part of a family of schools united by a bold mission: Flourishing Futures. Inspired by John 10:10, “He came so that they may have life, and have it to the full". We are deeply committed to ensuring that every child receives the highest standard of education. But that commitment extends to our people as well. We believe that a flourishing future starts with our people, and we invest in them by providing the support, resources, and environment needed for growth and success. Here, we truly care about work-life balance and creating an environment where you are encouraged to thrive—personally and professionally.
As a member of our Trust, you will be valued, supported, and celebrated for the important work you do. Whether you are looking to make an impact within your academy, your team, or across the entire Trust, we provide endless opportunities for you to build a fulfilling career pathway. We believe in Stronger Together, which is why collaboration, shared expertise, and mutual growth are at the heart of our culture. Joining us means becoming part of a supportive, inspiring network that is making a real difference in the lives of the children and communities we serve.
