Colleague feedback helps shape the direction and actions of our School Trust. Our Trust-wide vision is to always be ‘THE BEST’ employer and we do this by continually reviewing our offer to colleagues. We value the time that colleagues have taken to provide us with this feedback to not only capture the impact of what we already have in place, but shape our future direction and strategy so we can become a place where all love to work.

Every colleague completes their own survey and these are amalgamated to provide a Trust-wide view of our colleagues.
